I actually started my resolutions two or three months ago, but I always write them down every year, because it's been surprisingly helpful and effective for me. I think I started doing this about 4 years ago, and I've made a lot of personal progress in the last 4 years. I always try to shoot for a list of 10 things. So here we go. 2013: 1) To be back down to a size 10 by the end of August. (I've already lost 10 pounds, and am determined to lose more. Right now I'm between sizes 12 and 14. Closer to 12. The reason for this goal is not vanity-ba 2) To continue making small healthy changes. Primarily to eat at least one serving of leafy green veggies every day. I've already been eating more fruits and veggies daily, and it's become a part of my lifestyle and routine. 3) No household chores after 7pm. 4) No computer or internet after 8pm. 5) To incorporate more exercise into my weekly routine. 6) To make meditation and yoga an important part of my life. 7) To be more financially responsible and to start planning for my financial future. So far, so good. 8) To get away on vacation at least once to see my man. :-) 9) To continue with a grateful and positive outlook on life. 10) To keep things in perspective and let my loved ones know how much I love them and how important they are to me as often as possible.
